WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND HOW FAR CAN YOU TRAVEL?

CAN YOU SING A SONG THAT ISN'T IN YOUR REPERTOIRE LIST?
Of course! Learning new songs is always exciting and if it makes your day extra special then I am more than happy to learn new material for you.
WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?
After your initial enquiry, I will get in touch to say hello, chat about the package you require and help you select the right option for your event. If you decide to book, I ask for a non-refundable deposit of £150 or 20% of the fee (whichever is greater) to secure your date.
You will then be sent an invoice for the outstanding amount and a contract to sign. This contract will contain all the information you need, including T&Cs. For wedding bookings, I ask that the outstanding fee is paid no later that 4 weeks prior to your date.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY?
I like to arrive at least one hour before the start of the event to ensure I have enough time to set up my equipment, speak with the venue/clients and sound check. Once I have finished my performance, I require at least 45 minutes to pack everything down.
DO YOU NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE VENUE?
If your wedding or event is outside, it would be helpful to know if there is an outdoor power source available. I do have a portable Bose PA system that is battery powered but always good to have an idea of where the power sources are. It's also useful to make sure I have the option to be under a cover in case, in true British fashion, it rains on the day! It's very important my equipment stays dry.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Once your date has been secured, your deposit is non-refundable.
If your cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control, I will do my best to work out the best options for us. You will find more details about this in my T&Cs contract. In the very unlikely event that I have to cancel, I can recommend some trusted musicians as my replacement or work out a suitable option for you. Your deposit will be refunded in this instance.
